We remember you

Recently, a person asked about our soap. At the time of that enquiry, and now, at the time of writing, it can’t be found online.

That person remembers our soap and wanted to buy some.

Before we continue with that story, I want to point out a couple of things.

Elephants have a great memory. So do goats, once they have a good sniff. But we humans sometimes rely on software for memory.

Your data is collected here on the website, through its associated plugins, our web hosting and email software, and our customer relationship management software.

We love it when customers return for more soap. Using software and matching email addresses to past data, we can manually link customers from the previous version of the website to current emails.

The other day, we received an email. It had been a long time since we heard from this customer. The name did not ‘ring a bell”, but the email address matched a record in the CRM.

Currently, when the soap is out of stock, the item is not shown on the website.

We will have an increased supply of soap available starting April 6, 2026. In the meantime, feel free to sign up for our emails, or look forward to receiving an email from us about it.
